ZK2103 Deep hole drilling machine is the special deep hole equipment with high efficacy, high accuracy and high automation, it uses the external chip removal type (gundrill method) for processing small hole, sometimes it can also use BTA type chip removal method. Through one-off continuous drilling, it can achieve the machining accuracy and surface finish normally under the several procedures including drilling, counterboring and reaming. The hole processing precision is up to IT7-IT10, the surface finish is up to Ra3.2—0.04μm, the hole center straightness is ≤0.05mm/100mm. This machine is widely used for processing various parts including water hole, ejector pin hole, electric heating hole, valves of hydraulic industry, distributor pump body; engine cylinder, oil supply parts, transmission parts, steering gear housing and steering axle of auto and tractor; thruster and landing pad of aerospace industry, and heat exchanging parts of generator industry, etc.
